HRC CREATIVE TEAM REQUEST FORM

Our time frame to complete a request is about 7-12 days. We will send you a draft to review before sharing it on our pre-service or social medias. Please be aware that not all information can be added to a graphic design. We take the most important information to add. Too much information can be overwhelming and often times ignored.

Ministries should be requesting designs at least a month in advance of given event. This gives time for approval and two weeks of promotion. Please be mindful, all events are promoted on socials two weeks before events, larger events such as congress, anniversaries, etc. are promoted on Facebook via a event form as soon as graphic is created and months in advance.

If there are any changes that occur while the request is being created please email productionteam@horc.org as soon as possible.
